Mandatory Sexual Harassment Training
It is required for NYS employers to have a sexual harassment prevention policy and provide sexual harassment training to all employees and private contractors on an annual basis. The employer should provide the training when employees are hired and then the employer can designate when the annual training will be required.
The website noted below will provide you with examples for the Sexual Harassment Policy, Complaint form, Sexual Harassment Prevention Notice, how to set your employees up to take the training online, and can answer questions your may have on this.
